Phuket FantaSea
A unique theatrical experience. Phuket Fantasea presents a fantastic
Las Vegas style show with acrobatics, pyrotechnics, aerial ballet,
special effects, and an elephant circus (with over 30 elephants
on stage!) The show is a fusion of impressive visual effects and
elements of Thai culture which make it the highlight of any visit
to Phuket. Great for both adults and kids.
Voted best Phuket attraction 2001. Located in the magnificent Palace
of the Elephants - a 3,000 seat state-of-the-art theatre with exceptional
acoustics. The theatre, built in the style of a historical Sukothai
era palace provides the setting - fully equipped with the latest
AV technology, sound systems and lasers. The atmosphere created
by some of these visual effects makes an amazing and spellbinding
show.
Located in Kamala beach about 15 minutes north of Patong. Admission
usually includes transfers from your hotel to the show. Optional
dinner available at Fantasea before the show.

Paradise Complex
Basically the gay centre of Patong, the area has lots of small
bars, chic cafes and little restaurants. Several of the bars put
on shows every night. Most are free but expect you to buy at drink.
Entertaining and not as sophisticated as Simon Cabaret - more like
a dress rehearsal of its more commercial sister, but becoming popular
with visitors and locals. Shows start around 10 pm. Just walk around
and you'll find them. |
